Research progress and clinical practice of precision diagnosis and treatment and multidisci-plinary treatment for pancreatic cancer

Pancreatic cancer is a highly malignant tumor of the digestive system. It is characterized by difficult early diagnosis and poor prognosis, seriously threatening the health of patients. With the continuous deepening of the concept of precision medicine and the gradual implementation of the multidisciplinary treatment model, the relevant diagnosis and treatment plans for pancreatic cancer are experiencing changes. The authors systematically review the latest research achievements and clinical application situations in the field of pancreatic cancer diagnosis and treatment. Firstly, they summarize the research status and severe challenges faced in the diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic cancer. Then they mainly elaborate on several aspects, including early diagnosis strategies based on molecular typing, the principle of surgery that emphasizes both standardization and individualization, new adjuvant therapy, adjuvant therapy, and targeted and immunotherapy in the comprehensive treatment system. They also conduct a detailed analysis of the main value and implementation path of the multi‑disciplinary collaboration model in integrating complex diagnosis and treatment links and optimizing clinical decision‑making proce-sses.
