Abstract
The deep integration of artificial intelligence (AI) and medical big data is regarded as a key driver for building smart hospitals and implementing precision medicine. Guided by the core paradigm of "data governance‑knowledge fusion‑intelligent decision‑closed loop optimization", a medical digital biopsy (MC‑Biopsy) technical framework has been developed that combines multi-source heterogeneous data governance with AI technologies. On this basis, a liver disease digital biopsy platform has been preliminarily established. The platform integrates data standardization, data quality control, dynamic data acquisition and intelligent decision support into a unified system. Through this platform, intelligent hospital management has been closely linked with scientific research and medical education, thereby enabling precisely‑assisted diagnosis and treatment across the whole course of liver disorders. In this article, the MC‑Biopsy technical framework and the design of the liver disease digital biopsy platform are systematically described. Preliminary applications in clinical diagnosis and treatment, hospital management, research and teaching are summarized to explore the clinical value and feasibility of liver disease digital biopsy in advancing precision hepatology and intelligent management.
