Guideline for perioperative whole‑course nutrition management in pancreatic surgery (2025 edition)

  • Pancreatic diseases are related to digestive and absorptive function insufficiency. Pancreatectomy is complex, highly invasive, and associated with a high incidence of postoperative complications, all of which can affect patients′ nutritional status and lead to adverse clinical out-comes. Chinese Society of Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition and Chinese Association of Pancreatology organize relevant domestic experts in this field to develop Guideline for perioperative whole‑course nutrition management in pancreatic surgery (2025 edition) by supplementing literature retrieval and evaluation on the basis of Chinese expert consensus on perioperative whole‑course nutritional management in pancreatic surgery (2020 edition). It contains 18 questions and 23 recommendations, aiming to provide a reference for standardizing and rationally conducting perioperative whole‑course nutritional management in pancreatic surgery.
