Abstract: Recently, laparoscopic gastrectomy (LG) has become one of the most popular minimally invasive strategies for patients with gastric cancer. Postoperative complications (PC) not only directly affect the patient′s perioperative recovery,but also adversely affected survival outcome. Thus, PC is one of the hot topics in the field of laparoscopic gastric cancer surgery. Authors can understand the clinical significance of postoperative complications of LG and the clinical advantages of LG much better,from the perspective of evidence-based medicine.
