肿瘤相关成纤维细胞在胰腺导管腺癌发生发展中的作用

Value of cancer-associated fibroblasts in the occurrence and development of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma

  • 摘要: 肿瘤相关成纤维细胞(CAFs) 是胰腺导管腺癌肿瘤微环境中重要的细胞成分之一。CAFs通过多种细胞因子获得活化表型,促进肿瘤增殖和生长,加速肿瘤侵袭和转移,诱导血管生成,增强化疗耐药。因此,针对CAFs和胰腺导管腺癌细胞相互作用的研究,有望从胰腺癌微环境角度提高胰腺导管腺癌的综合治疗效果。

     

    Abstract: Cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs) are one of the most important cellular components of the tumor microenvironment in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma. CAFs acquire an activated phenotype via various cytokines, promote tumor proliferation and growth, accelerate invasion and metastasis, induce angiogenesis, and enhance chemical drug resistance. Therefore, studies on the interaction between CAFs and pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma cells are expected to improve the diagnostic and therapeutic value of patients with pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma from the perspective of tumor microenvironment.
