Abstract: At present, the prevention and control situation of epidemics of Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) is still serious, medical institutions should provide quality and safe routine medical services while doing their best in the prevention and control of this disease. The purpose of this article is to suggest a way to give quality and safe medical services to patients who need surgical treatment, especially to those who need emergency surgical treatment, with strict classified managements and standard precaution during perioperative period. With those suggestions, we may reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection and contribute to the prevention and control of COVID-19.
