Role of immune nutrients in the nutritional support treatment

  • 摘要: 免疫营养素是近年来外科营养支持治疗的热点之一,其在危重症及围术期患者中的临床应用尤其受到关注。ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸、谷氨酰胺、精氨酸、膳食纤维等免疫营养素具有协调机体炎性反应,维持机体适度免疫应答,保护肠黏膜屏障功能完整性,减少细菌移位等作用,但目前各种免疫营养素对患者预后影响的临床研究结果尚未达成一致,免疫营养素的临床应用研究仍存在争议。

     

    Abstract: Immune nutrient is one of the hotspots of surgical nutrition therapy in recent years, and its clinical application in critically ill patients during the perioperative period is particularly drawing attention. Omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids, glutamine, arginine, dietary fiber and other immune nutrients can coordinate inflammatory response of the body, maintain a moderate immune response, protect the integrity of intestinal mucosal barrier function, and reduce bacterial translocation. However, there are some controversies in the effects of various immune nutrients on the prognosis of patients between clinical research results.
