Abstract: Pancreatic cancer is the most lethal of all solid tumor because of poor prognosis and treatment response. Advances in whole genome sequencing and other techniques facilitate more complete understanding of molecular pathogenesis in pancreatic cancer. Authors provided a brief overview of current progress in molecular pathology of pancreatic cancer.
