程序性死亡因子1及其配体在原发性肝癌中的作用

Effects of programmed death 1 and its ligand in primary hepatic carcinoma

  • 摘要: 肿瘤细胞可以通过分泌程序性死亡因子配体1(PD-L1),与淋巴细胞上的抑制性调节蛋白程序性死亡因子1(PD-1)结合,抑制T 细胞活性,促使T细胞凋亡。这是最新发现的肿瘤免疫逃逸的通路之一。原发性肝癌是常见的消化系统恶性肿瘤之一,在我国,它与乙型病毒性肝炎感染密切相关。PD-1/PD-L1通路在原发性肝癌的形成与发展过程中起到重要作用。笔者对原发性肝癌中PD-1/PD-L1信号通路的研究进展进行综述。

     

    Abstract: Cancer cells can secrete programmed death ligand 1 (PD-L1) to bind with inhibitory regulatory protein of programmed death 1 (PD-1) which lies on T-cell lymphocyte. Consequently, the activity of the T cells reduces, and the apoptosis cells increase. It′s one of the pathways of newly discovered tumor immune escape. Primary hepatic cancer is one of the  common  malignant tumors of digestive system and closely related to viral hepatitis B in China. PD-1/PD-L1 pathway plays an important role in tumorigenesis and development of primary liver cancer. In this paper, the research updates of PD-1/PDL1 in primary hepatic carcinoma were summarized.
