摘要:
MicroRNAs作为一类内源性非编码的小分子RNA，在调节基因表达、细胞增殖与分化等一系列生命活动中起着重要作用。肝癌是一种常见的恶性肿瘤，发病率高且患者5年生存率低，严重威胁人类健康。近年来的研究结果显示：MicroRNAs在肝癌中具有癌基因或抑癌基因的功能，与肝癌的发生、发展、诊断、治疗以及预后有着密切的关系。

Abstract:
MicroRNAs are one kind of endogenous noncoding smallmolecular RNAs, which play an important role in regulating gene expression, cell proliferation and differentiation and a series of life activity. Hepatocellular carcinoma is a common malignant and lifethreatening tumor with a high incidence and low 5year survival rate. In recent years, the results of researches show that microRNAs in hepatocellular carcinoma have the function of oncogenes or tumor suppressor genes as well as having a close relationship with the occurrence, progression, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of hepatocellular carcinoma.
