Perioperative nutritional support therapy in patients with gastrointestinal cancer

摘要: 胃肠道肿瘤患者营养不良发生率相当高,营养不良增加手术相关的并发症发生率,延长住院时间,降低患者生命质量,增加病死率。围术期合理、有效地施行营养支持治疗可改善患者的营养状况,提高机体免疫功能,降低感染性并发症发生率和病死率,缩短住院时间。Abstract: Patients with gastrointestinal cancer usually suffer from malnutrition, which is associated with increased incidence of surgeryrelated complications and mortality, prolonged duration of hospital stay, reduced quality of life. The feasible and effective perioperative nutritional support therapy could improve nutritional status and immunologic function of patients, meanwhile, reduce incidence of infected complications, duration of hospital stay and mortality.
