Abstract:
A part of patients with slowtransit constipation could be benefited from total or subtotal colectomy, while traditional laparotomy has great invasion. With the development of minimally invasive techniques, laparoscopy assisted or total laparoscopic total or subtotal colectomy has gradually accepted by surgeons. From February to April 2014, 2 patients with slowtransit constipation received single incisional laparoscopic subtotal colectomy + antiperistaltic cecoproctostomy at the Daping Hospital, and the shortterm efficacy is satisfactory.
