Abstract:
Three dimensional laparoscopy faciliated the precision manipulation in surgery. From November 2013 to January 2014, the computed tomography data of 16 patients with hepatobiliary diseases were reconstructed by the abdominal medical image three dimensional visualization software (MI-3DVS) to direct the operation. The operation was done under the three dimensional laparoscope. Of the 16 patients, 7 received laparoscopic cholecystectomy, 5 with liver cancer received hepatectomy, 3 with hepatolithiasis received pneumatic lithotripsy under rigid choledochoscope, 1 with large cyst in the right liver received subtotal resection of the liver. No postoperative bleeding and bile leakage were detected. Three dimensional visualization technology combined with three dimensional laparoscopy could reduce the incidence of surgical trauma and complications, and is helpful for achieving more accurate minimally invasive treatment.
