  • 摘要: 机器人胃癌手术是胃癌微创外科的重要发展方向,在精准解剖、损伤控制、器官功能保留及手术流程优化方面展现出明显优势。目前,该技术已从可行性验证阶段进入规范化探索与推广应用的新时期。随着单孔与远程机器人手术的发展与成熟,以及人工智能、多模态导航等智慧医疗手段的深度融合,机器人胃癌手术正不断拓展应用范围。尽管仍面临使用成本高、高级别循证医学证据少及标准化体系尚待完善等挑战,但随着机器人技术不断发展、临床研究日益深入和手术流程进一步规范,机器人手术将推动胃癌外科治疗向更精准、更高效发展,更好造福广大患者。

     

    Abstract: Robotic gastrectomy represents a key development trend in minimally invasive gastric cancer surgery, demonstrating significant advantages in precise anatomy, damage control, organ function preservation, and surgical process optimization. Currently, this technology has transi-tioned from the feasibility verification phase to a new era of standardization exploration and wides-pread application. With the development and maturation of single‑port and remote robotic surgery, as well as the in‑depth integration of smart medical technologies such as artificial intelligence and multimodal navigation, robotic gastrectomy is continuously expanding its application scope. Despite ongoing challenges including high operational costs, a lack of high‑level evidence‑based data, and the need for improved standardization systems, advancements in robotic technology, deeper clinical research, and further optimized surgical processes will drive robotic gastrectomy toward greater precision and efficiency, ultimately benefiting more patients.
