Abstract:
With the rapid advancement of robotics technology, robotic gastrectomy has significantly enhanced surgical stability and precision through high‑definition 3D visualization, flexible robotic arms, and high‑precision operations. To further standardize clinical practice in robotic gastrectomy, the Chinese Anti‑Cancer Association Gastric Cancer Committee convened domestic experts to conduct in‑depth discussions and analyses on key issues in the field, resulting in the
Expert consensus on hot issues in robotic gastric cancer surgery (2025 edition) (hereinafter referred to as the Consensus). This Consensus systematically addresses 13 critical clinical aspects including indications, contraindications, surgical layout, instrument selection, lymph node dissection sequence, digestive tract reconstruction, and learning curves. The Consensus aims to provide scientific foun-dations for the standardization and normalization of robotic gastrectomy, driving continuous innova-tion and progress in gastric cancer diagnosis and treatment across China.
