以分子分型为基础的胃癌精准治疗策略及发展趋势

Precision therapy strategies and trends based on molecular characteristics for gastric cancer

  • 摘要: 我国胃癌每年的发病人数和死亡人数均居世界首位,而胃癌是一种异质性个体差异极大的疾病,预后较差,治疗效果不佳。近年来随着包括基因组学在内多组学技术的发展,通过深入剖析胃癌的不同分子亚型及内在机制,寻找到胃癌相关的分子靶点及分子特征,基于此类分子特征研判、开发的靶向或免疫治疗药物,部分已应用于胃癌的临床治疗。笔者梳理国内外该领域研究最新进展,以胃癌分子分型为基础,阐述胃癌精准治疗策略现状与展望,以期为提高胃癌综合治疗疗效,改善胃癌患者预后和生存提供理论依据和新思路。

     

    Abstract: China has the number of cases and deaths of gastric cancer ranking first in the world every year. Gastric cancer is a heterogeneous disease with significant individual differences and poor prognosis. In recent years, with the development of multi-omics technology, by analyzing different molecular subtypes and underlying mechanisms of gastric cancer, more and more targets and molecular features related to gastric cancer have been identified, targeted or immunotherapeu-tic drugs based on these molecular features have been partially applied in the clinical treatment of gastric cancer. In this article, the authors summarize the latest research progress based on the molecular characteristics of gastric cancer, elaborate on the current status and prospects of precise therapy strategies for gastric cancer, in order to provide new theoretical basis for improving the comprehensive treatment efficacy and prognosis of gastric cancer.
