Chinese expert consensus on clinical application of fish oil lipid emulsion (2022 edition)

  • 摘要: 鱼油脂肪乳剂是临床上一种常用的治疗型脂肪乳剂,主要生理作用是调节机体炎症反应和减轻免疫抑制,作为肠外营养中的重要组成部分,鱼油脂肪乳剂可改善外科和重症等患者的临床结局。为推动鱼油脂肪乳剂的规范化应用,中华医学会肠外肠内营养学分会组织国内外科、重症、肿瘤、老年、儿科、创伤、药学和循证医学等相关领域的专家学者,遵循德尔菲法则,参照最新临床指南编撰国际标准规范,广泛检索国内外文献,总结最新临床证据,结合我国专家临床经验,撰写《鱼油脂肪乳剂临床应用中国专家共识(2022版)》,旨在规范鱼油脂肪乳剂的临床应用,践行患者受益的宗旨。

     

    Abstract: Fish oil fat emulsion is a clinical commonly used therapeutic fat emulsion for patients. Its main physiological function is to regulate inflammatory response and reduce immune suppression. As an important component of parenteral nutrition, fish oil fat emulsion can improve the clinical outcome of surgical and critically ill patients. In order to promote the standardization of the fish oil fat emulsion application, the Chinese Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition organizes domestic experts in general surgery, critical care medicine, oncology, geriatrics, pediatric, traumato-logy, clinical pharmacy, and evidence-based medicine to write the Chinese expert consensus on clinical application of fish oil lipid emulsion (2022 edition). The preparation of this consensus is following the Delphi method, in accordance with international standards for the compilation of the latest clinical guidelines, extensive searching domestic and foreign literatureas, and combining the clinical experience of Chinese experts, in order to standardize the clinical application of fish oil fat emulsion and benefit patients.
