Abstract:
Fish oil fat emulsion is a clinical commonly used therapeutic fat emulsion for patients. Its main physiological function is to regulate inflammatory response and reduce immune suppression. As an important component of parenteral nutrition, fish oil fat emulsion can improve the clinical outcome of surgical and critically ill patients. In order to promote the standardization of the fish oil fat emulsion application, the Chinese Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition organizes domestic experts in general surgery, critical care medicine, oncology, geriatrics, pediatric, traumato-logy, clinical pharmacy, and evidence-based medicine to write the
Chinese expert consensus on clinical application of fish oil lipid emulsion (2022 edition). The preparation of this consensus is following the Delphi method, in accordance with international standards for the compilation of the latest clinical guidelines, extensive searching domestic and foreign literatureas, and combining the clinical experience of Chinese experts, in order to standardize the clinical application of fish oil fat emulsion and benefit patients.
