Abstract:
Gastric cancer is one of the common digestive tract malignant tumors. Locally advanced gastric cancer has a large tumor load, mostly small metastatic lesions, and a high risk of recurrence. The comprehensive treatment strategy of "radical operation with D
2 lymph node dissec-tion and perioperative treatment" has gradually become the standard treatment mode for locally advanced gastric cancer. In recent years, there have been breakthroughs in perioperative treatment of locally advanced gastric cancer by radiotherapy, targeted therapy and especially immunotherapy. In this article, the authors analyze the research progress of perioperative treatment of locally advanced gastric cancer at home and abroad, systematically describe the current status and prospect of perioperative treatment of locally advanced gastric cancer.
