器官移植后食物过敏的研究进展

Research progress of transplantation acquired food allergy

  • 摘要: 移植后食物过敏(TAFA)是实体器官移植术后的一种少见并发症。TAFA的发病原因目前尚未完全阐明,其发生机制包括供者免疫球蛋白E传递介导的食物过敏和移植后食物不耐受引起的食物过敏。目前,器官移植科医师对TAFA的认识尚不充分。笔者通过系统复习相关文献,对TAFA的相关研究进展进行总结,内容包括TAFA的发病机制、临床特点、治疗与预后等,旨在为TAFA的诊断与治疗提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Transplantation acquired food allergy (TAFA) is a rare complication of solid organ transplantation. The pathogenesis of TAFA has not been fully elucidated. There are two possible mechanisms for its occurrence: food allergy mediated by IgE delivery of the donor and food allergy caused by food intolerance after transplantation. At present, there is still insufficient understanding of this complication among transplant physicians. Through systematic review of relevant literature, the authors summarized the research progress of TAFA, which mainly included the pathogenesis, clinical characteristics, treatment and prognosis of TAFA. In order to provide reference for the diagnosis and treatment of TAFA.
