Abstract: Portopulmonary hypertension is a rare and serious complication of portal hypertension, which is very easy to miss diagnosis in clinic, and relatively difficult to treat. The authors elaborate in depth of the epidemiology, pathogenesis, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of portopulmonary hypertension.
