Abstract: The American Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition (ASPEN) held the annual academic conference online from March 20 to 23,2021. The current hot topics of clinical nutrition were widely discussed on the conference. The authors briefly report and analyze the hot topics of the conference in order to share and exchange with surgical colleagues.
