Abstract: The rapid development of laparoscopic technology bring new opportunities and challenges to the training work of gastrointestinal surgery. The rapid iteration of laparoscopic technology needs to constantly update the training contents. The continuous upgrading of training content carriers need the training mode to keep pace with the times. Connection of college education, post-graduation education and continuing education need to optimize the whole training system. In order to meet the needs of the times, the author's team strive to open up a new situation in the aspects of training content updating, the training paradigm innovating and training system improving, in order to contribute to the training of laparoscopic gastrointestinal surgery in China.
