胆囊切除术后胆汁酸代谢及其诱发结直肠癌机制的研究进展

Research advances in bile acid metabolism after cholecystectomy and its mechanism of inducing colorectal cancer

  • 摘要: 胆囊切除术是目前外科治疗胆囊疾病最主要的方法,其术后并发症,尤其是诱发肠道肿瘤的发生逐渐引起学者的重视。近年来,有研究结果显示:胆囊切除术后胆汁酸代谢发生明显改变可能是诱发结直肠癌的主要原因,但目前胆囊切除术后诱发结直肠癌的具体机制尚未明确。笔者根据国内外研究进展,针对胆囊切除术后胆汁酸代谢(胆汁酸池的大小及各组成成分)的改变及其诱发结直肠癌的机制进行综述,旨在为胆囊切除术后结直肠癌的防治提供理论基础。

     

    Abstract: Cholecystectomy is currently the most important surgical treatment for gallbladder disease, however, the complications of cholecystectomy, especially the occurrence of intestinal tumors has gradually aroused attention of scholars. In recent years, scholars have found that bile acid metabolism changes significantly after cholecystectomy, which may be the main cause of colorectal cancer induction, but the specific mechanism of colorectal cancer induced by cholecystectomy has not been clarified. In this article, the changes of bile acid metabolism after cholecystectomy (the size and composition of bile acid pool) and the mechanism of colorectal cancer induction after cholecystectomy were summarized and discussed based on the research progress at home and abroad, aiming at providing theoretical basis for the exploration of the prevention and treatment of colorectal cancer.
